Apple has today introduced a fresh mindfulness-based well-being app for the Apple Watch called ‘Breathe’.

Breathe is created to assist consumers relieve regular pressures by training them through timed respiration sessions, which could be launched from your watch encounter and set up in advance with reminders.

Respiration sessions can be established to continue between one and five minutes utilizing the Electronic Crown on the Apple Watch, and the app gives overviews of each session such as the user’s recorded heart rate all through.

The Breathe app is part of WatchOS 3, which is released as a free update this autumn.
