Apple ultimately given 2007 patent on Contact identification indicator in Apples (with hilariously outdated picture)

Although Apple might have waited for that iPhone 5s before it launched Contact identification, it’s been focusing on the engineering since soon after the launch of the initial iPhone. A patent first submitted in 2007 was ultimately given nowadays, and contains the usage of a fingerprint sensor in notebooks – although the drawing Apple used-to demonstrate the idea apparently goes back even more than 2007!
