BBEdit 105 adds Retina support, new featuresBare Bones Software’s HTML and text editing program, BBEdit, has just received a sharp new update that adds a wealth of new features and improvements, as well as full Retina display support for Apple’s latest MacBooks.

Among the long list of improvements is the new ability to save application data to a Dropbox folder and then use that data across multiple installations of BBEdit on separate computers. There’s also a bounty of navigation and search improvements, including the ability to search within ZIP files. Of course, the biggest addition is the new support for high-resolution Retina displays, which offers a much larger workspace and broader view of the code at hand.

You can read the full list of changes on the official website, and if you like what you see, you can pick up BBEdit 10.5 for US$49.99 via the site’s store.
