While the iPhone app is a terrific method to control your Philips Tone lighting, there are times when a great old-fashioned button is more practical– especially for the less techy members of your family.

Philips already offers the Color Tap, however that’s a little cumbersome and created for wall-mounting just. Its brand-new Philips Hue Wireless Dimming Kit is much sleeker, and is created so that you can wall-mount it or use it as a portable remote.


The dimmer can control as much as 10 Shade bulbs simultaneously, with Philips assuring that the dimming will certainly be smooth, flicker-free and buzz-free. The company also says the firmware can be updated for HomeKit compatibility when Philips adds its center device in the fall ……
