Samsung’s Universe S7 And S7 Advantage Available Nowadays In “Pink Gold” Shade, Since You Know Why

Samsung’s Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are couple of the most popular smartphones available in the current market. The Android-powered devices currently operate as the Korean company’s flagship devices, and cater to a demographic that simply wants to stay away from the iOS ecosystem, but who need the power and flexibility that comes with Samsung’s hardware/Android software combination. To put it bluntly, both devices are premium offerings and more than hold their own in a saturated market, which makes this recent new development all the more disappointing.

It looks as though Samsung has taken yet another leaf out of Apple’s design playbook by announcing that the S7 and S7 Edge will now be offered in a new ‘Pink Gold’ color option in limited markets, bringing the total of available colors for the devices to five.

Samsung made the announcement regarding the new color option on the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge via its corporate website, which not only announces the exterior option, but also goes into additional detail about the official inspiration for the choice.

Pink Gold was chosen as it, like the other colors available for the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, is a natural color that provides a sense of comfort. These hues glitter and shimmer as if illuminated from inside their glass surfaces.

That’s the “official” word on the matter. Samsung’s designers have been inspired by the fact that Pink Gold soothes the user visually and introduced gentleness, radiance and sophistication to all who use it. It has nothing at all to do with the fact that the iPhone 6s/6s Plus is offered in a very similar Rose Gold color option that has proven to be extremely popular with consumers. Nothing to do with that at all. Right, Samsung?

Regardless of the origins of the decision to introduce Pink Gold as a color option on the S7 and S7 Edge, you really can’t argue that it does look stunning. We’re not sure if it introduces a feeling of radiance within us, but we’ve definitely have one if available. The new color scheme is available in the Korean market today, and will “soon be available” in additional markets worldwide.
