Standalone abilities of iPad Pro increase by letting it update item firmware

The iPad Pro silently acquired a brand new capacity in iOS 9.3 beta 2: German creator Stefan Wolfrum tweeted the device are now able to update the firmware in devices mounted on the Smart Connection. He was provided, and in a position to finish, a firmware update to his Logitech Produce keyboard.

Firmware upgrades of components often require you to connect them to some Mac, but whilst the Wise Connection is exclusive towards the iPad Pro, it’s probably this proven fact that caused the brand new capacity …

The transfer also helps help Tim Cook’s competition that, for most people, an iPad Pro might be a total alternative to a PC.

We haven’t been excessively pleased using the Logitech Produce keyboard, with a few reporting flakey connection, therefore ideally the firmware update may resolve this problem.

The 2nd public beta of iOS 9.3 was launched recently, incorporating Night-Shift style, an updated Control-Center and more.
