It resembles Microsoft is ready to unveil its Windows-powered iPad mini rival later this month at an event in The big apple City.
The press welcome that just headed out is for a “little” Surface area event set up to be held at 11am on May 20th.
While the word “little” in the invite might conveniently suggest a tiny gathering of press to see the most up to date Surface area gadget in action, however because Microsoft has been long rumored to be working on a mini version of Surface area, and after a listing leakage on Amazon for the case only a few weeks back, it’s likely that is exactly what we’ll see on 20th Might.
Surface Mini is expected to sport a 8-inch screen and a ARM-based processor. It will likely be powered by the newest version of Windows RT.
Microsoft first revealed Area RT and Area Pro back in June 2012, adhered to by a refreshed Surface 2 and Surface Pro 2 in September 2013.
