Okay apparently TaiG 2.1 is out, a minimum of the.deb file posted is legitimate and from TaiG and is verified to be working. If you are already jailbroken with TaiG, you don’t have to re-jailbreak as this one is as simple as setting up. deb file.
Jailbroken? Great. Here’s how to install this. deb file manually and get Cydia Substrate working:
Step 1: Open Cydia and install iFile.
Step 2: Once iFile is installed, close Cydia from multitasking switcher.
Step 3: Open taiguntether83x.deb file in Safari for iOS.
Step 4: Get this .deb file in iFile via Safari by tapping on “Open in iFile”.
Step 5: Install it from iFile.
Step 6: Reboot your iOS device.
Cydia Substrate and the majority of other issues should now be taken care of. The majority of your favorite jailbreak tweaks need to now be working also!
We have checked and can validate that this works.
This will currently only deal with devices currently jailbroken using TaiG 2.0 for iOS 8.1.3-8.3. TaiG 2.1 jailbreak device for new users, and this.deb file straight from Cydia repo for existing users, should be readily available soon. We’ll obviously let you understand whenever that takes place.
If you experience any issues with this handbook install approach, let us understand.
