Apple formally confirms first Apple Store in Belgium opens in Brussels on 19th September

Apple has now formally verified the opening date of its very first Belgian retail store, opening in Brussels on 19th September. The date is revealed on the hoarding outside the brand-new store, situated at Gulden Vliesdaan 26-28, and was confirmed by Apple to ANV.

The wording on the hoarding reads ‘‘ Creativity, to be continued,’ and includes paintings by local artists (below). The store is a big one, at 1500 square metres, reports iCulture. The store is not yet revealed on Apple’s website.

We first saw task listings for Apple Store-specific functions in Brussels as long ago as December 2014, with more seen in Might of this year …… More job listings recommend that Apple prepares a second Belgian store, in Antwerp, with the previous Trade Fair structure suggested as a possible place.
