Our WWDC 2021 Keynote Coverage Starts At 10am PT Today, Here Are The Details

Another year and another revamped WWDC from Apple is upon us. Once again, Apple is holding this year’s WWDC entirely online in a virtual capacity and we will be there, watching and absorbing every announcement, and bringing it all direct to you in real-time.

Our coverage of that event starts at 10 AM Pacific Time.

Once upon a time in the not too distant past, developers from all over the world who were invested in Apple’s iOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS platforms would descend on San Francisco in order to not only watch the Apple opening keynote in person but to also spend time with Apple’s engineers in the labs.

This face-to-face time prevented an excellent opportunity for developers to troubleshoot issues directly with the engineers who had sculpted and created the APIs and platforms that they work with on a daily basis.

The event also provided an excellent opportunity for the public at large to get an idea of what Apple has been working on and any immediate product launches or announcements. All of that goodness is still possible, but now it’s handled in a virtual capacity with Apple choosing to stream the event live and to have lab and engineer sessions hosted over the internet.

The all-online program will feature “exciting announcements,” individual sessions on different Apple technologies and platforms, and virtually hosted lab sessions at no additional cost to the developers in virtual attendance. During the four days, those choosing to tune in will get access to the latest gossip on Apple platforms, new and updated tooling, and developing technologies. And, of course, it should also feature the world’s first official glimpse at iOS 15 and iPadOS 15.

If you can barely hold in your excitement for yet another WWDC and can’t wait to absorb everything that’s going to be announced, then stick with us for all of the action at 10 AM Pacific Time. If you are in a different timezone, then use the provided chart below to get an idea of how that 10 AM Pacific Time start translates to your local time. We’ll see you there!
