Ways to install Windows Media Center on Windows 10:
Step 1: Extract the contents of the zip file you just downloaded to a folder on your computer.
Step 2: Open the area of the removed contents, and find the file called “_ TestRights.cmd”. Right-click on the file and select Run as administrator from the menu.
